We currently ship nationwide within South Africa, including major cities, regional areas, and outlying towns. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should this occur, we will notify you via email.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:

  • Major Cities & Metropolitan Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Standard Delivery: Flat rate or calculated at checkout

5. Courier Services

We use reputable South African courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch notification. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate the issue and work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Public Holidays

Deliveries may be delayed during South African public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales events.
